Janet Carney has been a pediatric occupational therapist since 1980. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. and received her AOTA Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCP) in November 1999.
Her 35 years of clinical experience includes evaluation and treatment of infants, preschool and school aged children at her own private practice and also at Pine Hill Second Start, Pediatric Therapy Services, Children’s Health Council, Easter Seals, and Simoneon Pediatric Development Center.
She has completed advanced training in the following:

She has consulted with local parent groups, school districts, preschool and elementary educators in the importance of early identification and treatment of children with sensory motor delays.
